I’m Friederike (sorry that might be hard to pronounce) and have joined the recruiting team as of may 2022.

Having studied Business Psychology and Human Resources Management, I find myself at the heart of working in the people&culture environment: learning about people, constantly asking questions, aiming to understand motives and supporting individuals in their personal quest of finding a place they are striving at.

So what do I bring to the table? An eager mind, compassion and joy in meeting new people - pared with a high need of coffee and a tad too much of sarcasm. Striking the balance of mastering the status quo but never stopping to improve is my favorite kind of task.

Contributing to something big, to something that's paving way got me interested in enfore and it still gets me up in the morning. I love supporting people in their passions and that’s what I have in common with the vision of enfore.
