As (Senior) Sales Account Executive* you are responsible for our Enterprise customers. We meet our customers at eye level, see ourselves more as consultants than salespeople and build long-term relationships with our customers. You will get to know our product inside out and will therefore be in a position to facilitate long-term customer relationships through detailed consulting.
What to expect...
- You will generate leads through personal contacts, partners, events/trade fairs and sales campaigns
- You are the first point of contact for all sales-related issues
- You are responsible for customer relations
- You are responsible for the entire sales process/sales strategies until signature
- You take over the coordination of specific requirements with solution engineers/product managers
- You create and present offers and answer questions such as RFI/RFPs etc.
- You will be responsible for price and contract negotiations
What we need...
- University degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable training
- Several years of experience in sales and/or solution sales in an enterprise IT context (SaaS)
- You understand the market and (IT) trends in the retail sector - alternatively hospitality or POS
- Extensive experience with the creation of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, trade fair appearances
- Experience with extensive and complex sales projects
- Negotiation skills and convincing appearance in German and English
