As a Recruiter/ Talent Sourcing Specialist* (also entry-level) you are one of the driving forces of our HR team and support us in inspiring and attracting the best talents. What to expect...

• You share the responsibility for attracting the best minds for our respective teams
• You identify our potential new employees and conduct the first interviews
• Active Sourcing is "your green field and your home" here
• You support us with active sourcing for tech and non-tech positions and create the basis for an active candidate relationship management
• You design and live a candidate experience based on our transparent recruiting vision 
• You build a candidate network for your positions and support us in maintaining our talent pool

What we need...

• You are passionate about recruiting and employer branding
• You keep up to date with current topics on the job market and want an environment that gives you the freedom to implement your ideas
• You have already demonstrated your skills in a similar position and have initial experience as a recruiter or active sourcer in a dynamic company
• If you are a young professional or a working student, we would like you to have passion and an abundance of motivation and willingness to learn
• You are a team player and networker who enjoys working closely with the specialist departments
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working 
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
