As an Technical Account Manager/ IT-Projectmanager* you are responsible for the successful onboarding of customers and long-term customer relationships. Exciting customers from a wide range of sectors await you, from small to large. You will work in a dedicated team of specialists in Hamburg that values and practices transparency and direct communication.
What to expect...
- You take responsibility for the customer from the moment the contract is signed and build sustainable customer relationships
- You monitor and control the project progress and the milestones of the onboarding and/or integration project
- You maintain close contact with the stakeholders (internal and external).
- You coordinate the interactions with our customer service, development and training teams
- You proactively take up customer feedback and increase customer satisfaction by representing the interests of our customers and initiating optimizations
- You act as a contact person for all customer account management issues
- You find new application possibilities and use cases for our existing customers and identify upselling potentials
What we need...
- You have a university degree, e.g. in business administration, economics or business informatics
- You have very good project management skills, professional experience in the project area and are an absolute team player
- You work very conscientiously, are a time management pro and can prioritize several tasks at the same time
- You describe yourself as a digital native with sound IT know-how including SaaS solutions
- Willingness for some, but few business trips within Germany
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
