As a Direct Sales Manager*, you are a "telephone talent" and a key part of the sales team. We meet our customers at eye level, see ourselves more as consultants than salespeople and build long-term relationships with our customers. You get to know our product inside out and are therefore able to support the sales team in the best possible way and to set your own accents. We are rebuilding our inside sales team and are specifically looking for "creators, not administrators".
What to expect...
- You are the first point of contact for your customers and related activities
- You are responsible for the entire sales process/sales strategies up to the signing stage
- You conduct consultative and informative sales talks by phone or on site
- You analyze customer needs and provide information on suitable products (POS)
- You convince your conversation partners with your solution-oriented manner
- With your can-do mentality you like to take responsibility and are not afraid to make decisions
- You prepare customer appointments and create demos
What we need...
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a relevant degree in business administration, marketing, economics or business informatics
- You are strong in telemarketing, ideally with IT products that require explanation (POS)
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and are purpose-driven rather than a lone wolf
- You describe yourself as a digital native
- You speak fluent English and German
- You convince us with your sociability and confident interaction with B2B customers
- You also have a positive attitude and are very motivated
- Communication & sales talent, empathy & closing power complete your skill-set
