As a Technical Customer Care Representative (French or Italian)* you are the interface to our customers - whether in direct customer contact or as a person of trust for our service partners. With your experience and by passing on customer feedback on our products, you will help us to shape our service processes and advance enfore's customer care division. You will work in a dedicated team of specialists in Hamburg or Berlin that values and practices transparency and direct communication.
What to expect...
- You are the first point of contact for our customers or employees of our sales and service partners for all questions regarding the use of our business solution
- You answer customer questions in direct contact by phone, email and chat (inbound only) in both German and English and, at best, additionally in French or Italian
- You advise on the set-up and use of our solution according to the requirements of the various business areas of our customers
- You record feature requests and error messages, analyze and carefully document them in our ticket tool
What we need...
- You have successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally as an IT systems clerk. Alternatively, career changers from a service industry with commercial skills are just as welcome
- You have a talent for technology, initial experience in setting up a network area and know the processes of a POS system (POS experience)
- Your flexible and analytical way of thinking helps you to understand complex topics quickly. Furthermore, you see yourself as a link and "technical translator" to the customer, in short: the customer is close to your heart
- You are fluent in German and English, additional language skills in French or Italian are desirable
