As a Customer Care Representative* you are the interface to our customers - whether in direct customer contact or as a person of trust for our service partners. With your experience and by passing on customer feedback on our products, you will help us to shape our service processes and advance enfore's customer care division. You will work in a dedicated team of specialists in Hamburg that values and practices transparency and direct communication.
What you will do...
- You are the first point of contact for our customers or employees of our sales and service partners for all questions regarding the use of our business solution
- Answer customer questions in direct contact by phone, email and chat (inbound only) in both German and English
- Advise on the set-up and use of our solution according to the requirements of the various business areas of our customers
- Record feature requests and error messages, analyze and carefully document them in our ticket tool
What you need...
- You have successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally as an IT systems clerk. Alternatively, career changers from a service industry with commercial skills are just as welcome
- Talent for technology, initial experience in setting up a network area and knowing the processes of a POS system (POS experience)
- A flexible and analytical way of thinking, which helps you to understand complex topics quickly. Furthermore, you see yourself as a link and "technical translator" to the customer, in short: the customer is close to your heart
- The following language combinations are important for our customers:
German - French / German - Italian or German - Polish
