As a valuable new member of the engineering team we are looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator* for our office in Hamburg. You will work in a dedicated and international team of Administrators and Network Engineers who appreciate and practice transparency and direct communication. If you are passionate about building and maintaining our cloud platform and if you want to develop an outstanding product, you are the right person for us!

What to expect...

• You are the main contact person for our internal IT as well as our Apple (MacOS) products
  
• You are there for the employees in case of first & second level support issues and lead a junior colleague (user helpdesk and technical support)
• You are responsible for the continuous development and operation of the IT infrastructure
• You support with hardware and software validation
• You ensure the trouble-free operation of systems and applications
• You are responsible for the Mobile device management
• You support the web services (e.g. JIRA, G Suite, Confluence)
• You work on IT- and cross-divisional projects
• You control external service providers (providers, IT service providers)
  

What we need...

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification or demonstrable professional experience in the IT environment
• Administration knowledge in the area of Apple systems (MacOS)
• Process- and implementation-oriented thinking and acting
• High degree of service and customer orientation
• Team-oriented work style
• Fluency in German as well as in English is mandatory
