We seek a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Junior IT Project Manager will participate in managing and leading IT projects with our customers from start to finish. This position requires previous retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and implement effective processes. What you will do...

• Participate in managing IT projects with our customers from inception to completion.
• Create project plans and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute project plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and collaborate with customers during the rollout phase, providing support and orchestration.
• Continuously develop projects and identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with customers.
• Maintain regular communication with external stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns or issues.
• Work closely with Product Management to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable items for the enforePOS platform.
• Record feature requests and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
• Internally coordinate and prioritize external stakeholder requests to ensure timely and effective resolution.

• Tenacity and persistence in the face of challenges, with the ability to overcome objections and push projects forward.
• A proactive approach to process design and the ability to create processes when none exist.
• Ability to communicate project status in a straightforward and transparent manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Business fluency in German and English.
